Denver, Colorado Westin Tabor Center

The 16th Street Mall is the place to be in Denver, these days. Hotel choices near the mall include the Adams Mark Denver, Marriott Denver City Center, the Warwick, Hotel Monaco Denver, the Magnolia, the Brown Palace, the Hyatt Regency, the Westin Tabor Center, and the Embassy Suites. The mall is right in the center of downtown, near the Convention Center, the Colorado State Capitol, the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and central to sports venues such as Coors Field, Invesco Field, and the Pepsi Center.

The 16th St. Mall is home to world-class restaurants, microbreweries and a variety of bars and clubs. The pano below was shot across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe.

There's free public transit along the mile-long pedestrian mall, which connects the Capitol center to Denver's newly renovated Lower Downtown area.

Other popular areas of Denver include Cherry Creek, where you might stay at the Loews Denver, and the Denver Tech Center where you have the choice of the Wyndham, the Marriott, and the Hyatt Regency, among others.
