Las Vegas, Nevada The Venetian.
When most people think of Las Vegas, they think of "the strip" (aka Las Vegas Boulevard). If you haven't seen it for awhile, you might be surprised at how much has changed.
The pano above was shot in front of of the Bellagio, with Caesar's Palace, Bally's, Paris, and the Aladdin all visible. The Jockey Club is right next door.
Here's a "clickable map" of the view looking south from the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris. Click the name of a hotel to view it's brochure.
A few blocks to the north are the Venetian and the Mirage.
But the real splendor of Las Vegas happens at night, when the Strip is transformed by neon. It's been said that there are more hotel rooms at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd. and Tropicana Ave. (where the pano above was shot) than in the entire city of Boston.
